SHOULD I WASH THE FABRIC BEFORE USE ?

Washing the fabric is not necessary, but it may be wise in some cases. Here are the most common reasons why you might consider washing fabric before using it in your projects:

Fabric Shrinkage After First Wash: All fabrics can shrink up to 5% when machine washed. This phenomenon is normal, especially for cotton or polycotton fabrics. On average, they shrink about 3% after a first wash at 30 or 40 degrees Celsius. It is helpful to wash the fabrics beforehand.

Hygiene reasons: If the final product must meet high hygiene standards (for example, children's products or mouth masks), it is always advisable to wash the fabric before wearing it.

Improving fabric softness: Washing fabric with a little fabric softener can make it much softer.

How long does it take to process my order ?

Your order is processed within 2 business days. In many cases, this can even be done on the first business day. If for any reason your order cannot be processed immediately (for example, due to a stock problem), we will always contact you via WhatsApp or email. 😊

Do I have to pay customs duties?

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you will not pay additional taxes or customs duties upon receipt of your package.
If you are located outside the EU, you will need to pay customs duties depending on your country's customs policy and thresholds. For example, in the United States the threshold is quite high. In most cases, you do not have to pay additional taxes or customs duties. In the UK the threshold is around 130 GBP per order. However, these examples may not apply to your specific situation. I recommend that you check your country's customs website for the exact rules and tariffs applicable to importing goods.
